[Ubuntu] 解決gedit開啟中文txt亂碼問題

1. Alt+F2
2. 輸入gconf-editor
3. 左邊選擇apps -> gedit-2 -> preferences -> encoding
4. 右邊雙擊auto_detected，加入BIG5並移到最前面
